Vitamin E is a fat soluble vitamin with several forms. It is found naturally in some foods and available as a dietary supplement. Vitamin E supports the immune system and helps cells to regenerate. It also has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. 

Vitamin E is found in the following:

Vegetable oil such as corn, sunflower and soybeans oils,

Nuts like almonds and peanuts,

Seeds like sunflower seeds,

Fruit juices, margarine and spreads,

Green leafy vegetables.
